Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: May 26, 2025

1. Welcome Statement

Welcome to Neptune. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") establish a mutual agreement between you ("member," "user," "you," or "your") and Neptune FCN LLC ("Neptune," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Neptune FCN app, website, or related services, you agree to abide by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, End User License Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, and How We Engage Together, Network Guidelines (accessed in the Neptune FCN app). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Mission and Purpose

Neptune exists to cultivate a conscious, empowered, and resilient network of individuals and ethical businesses. Our mission is to reconnect people with trustworthy resources, shared prosperity, and supportive relationships that prioritize personal wellness and collective well-being. Through our app-based network, members can access a curated directory of values-aligned vendors, engage in meaningful social connection, and participate in a community-powered mutual aid fund—all designed to help each other thrive.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

Neptune is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using the Neptune FCN app and its services, you confirm  that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate any account and delete any associated data if we discover the user is under the age of 18.

4. Services Provided

Neptune offers the following core services:

  • Community Social Space: A platform for members to share updates, videos, and resources. Users can also create or engage in virtual or in-person meetups, discussion threads, and interest-based gatherings. Neptune provides the space but is not responsible for planning, execution, or outcomes. Participation is entirely at the user's discretion and risk.

  • Vetted Resource Market: A curated directory of trusted vendors and essential goods/services. Listings are selected by Neptune based on publicly available information and internal criteria. Vendors may be listed without prior notice. All purchases are completed externally; Neptune does not process transactions.

  • Community Fund: A mutual aid initiative operated through the Neptune Full-Circle Giving Trust. Aid is disbursed directly to approved vendors or service providers—never to individuals. The fund is supported by subscription revenue and donations, and may pause disbursements if reserves fall below a sustainable threshold.

5. Account Registration

To access Neptune, users must provide a name, email address, city/state, and optionally, a phone number. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under their account.

6. Subscriptions and Donations

Subscriptions are managed via third-party platforms (e.g., App Store, Google Play) and auto-renew unless canceled through your account settings. All purchases are final; Neptune does not offer refunds for unused subscription periods.

Donations to the Neptune Full-Circle Giving Trust are processed through secure third-party providers. Neptune does not store credit card information. Donations may be tax-deductible depending on your jurisdiction. Please consult a tax professional for guidance.

7. Market and Vendor Listings

Neptune curates its directory using publicly available information and internal review criteria. Vendors may be listed without prior notice, although reasonable efforts are made to notify them. Businesses may apply or be referred via in-app features or NeptuneLife.org.

Neptune does not process transactions or assume liability for third-party offerings. All purchases are conducted off-platform via external vendor sites.

8. Community Fund

Aid is disbursed to approved vendors or service providers only. Applicants must submit via the Neptune app and accept the Aid Program Participant Agreement. The fund may pause disbursements when reserves are low. Aid is never disbursed to individuals directly.

9. User-Generated Content and Sharing

By posting content on Neptune, you grant us a license to display and share it. Public posts may be externally visible. Do not share private or sensitive information. We may remove content that violates our guidelines or policies.

10. Data Privacy

Neptune values your privacy. Personal information is handled in accordance with U.S. law, CCPA, and GDPR. You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data, subject to legal exceptions.

We use secure third-party tools for payments and analytics. Aid application data is retained only as long as necessary or as legally required. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Neptune provides services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Neptune facilitates connections between members and third-party providers, businesses, vendors, service hosts, and community event organizers. While we curate a vetted market directory and monitor the quality and integrity of the vendors to support integrity within the network, all goods, services, events, and interactions facilitated through or discovered via the Neptune FCN platform are provided by independent third parties.

We make no warranties or guarantees—express or implied—about the accuracy, legality, safety, efficacy, availability, or quality of any third-party product, service, or event featured or discussed on the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Wellness consultations, products, or healing services

  • Community-hosted meetups and virtual events

  • Vendors listed in The Market

  • Mutual aid interactions or recommendations shared by other members

You participate at your own discretion and risk. Neptune is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, health outcomes, dissatisfaction, service disruption, or financial loss resulting from any interaction, purchase, or event involving a third-party vendor, service provider, or community member.

We encourage all members to exercise discernment, conduct independent research, and engage only with offerings that genuinely align with your personal needs, values, and well-being. By using Neptune, you acknowledge and agree that Neptune disclaims all liability for any third-party content, services, events, or outcomes arising from use of the Neptune FCN app or participation in the Fund.

The Fund refers to Neptune’s Full-Circle Giving Trust, a charitable initiative operated and administered by Neptune FCN LLC, which provides resource-based aid directly to approved vendors on behalf of eligible members. Please refer to Neptune’s Aid Program Participant Agreement for more information.  This disclaimer applies to all interactions involving vendors, event attendance, community-shared resources, and any aid-related activities.

Neptune is a platform that facilitates community connection through member-hosted events, both virtual and in-person. These events are organized by individual members and not by Neptune FCN LLC.
