Neptune FCN LLC ("Neptune," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to safeguarding your privacy and personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our mobile application, website, and associated services ("Services").

Neptune is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using the Neptune FCN app and its services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

By accessing or using the Services, you consent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Our Commitment

Neptune exists to serve a values-driven community and empower resilient community economies. We never sell your data, distort your experience with ads, or compromise your trust. Your data is yours—and we handle it with integrity, transparency, and care.

Personal Information: Name, email, phone number (optional), city/state, and other data you provide during registration or while using the app.

Financial Information: Processed through third-party vendors; we do not store full credit card data.
User-Generated Content: Posts, videos, messages, or other shared materials.

Information submitted through applications to Neptune’s Full-Circle Giving Trust (the “Fund”), including name, contact details, income range, personal circumstances, and reasons for requesting aid

Deliver, maintain, and improve our Services, including app functionality, personalization, and performance.
Facilitate account registration, subscriptions, donations, and access to community features.
Communicate with you regarding account activity, support, product updates, or security notifications.

Prevent fraud and abuse, and ensure platform integrity, safety, and compliance.
Fulfill legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions and Network Guidelines.
Respond to inquiries, requests, or feedback through our support channels.

Provide non-promotional, service-related notifications relevant to your participation in the Neptune platform.

In accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), we inform you that we collect and use the following categories of personal information:

Financial Information: such as transaction data processed securely by third-party payment processors (Neptune does not store full payment details)

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or other countries. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect it in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

We may include links to third-party websites. Their data practices are not governed by this policy, and we encourage you to review their terms before engaging.

We may use tools like cookies, pixels, and mobile SDKs to understand how users engage with our platform. This helps us improve performance, protect our systems, and enhance your experience. You can control these in your browser or device settings.

11. App Platform Permissions

Our mobile app may request access to your device’s camera, microphone, storage, or location services to support features like profile setup, community contributions, and local connections. You can disable these permissions in your device settings at any time.

12. Youth Privacy and Age Restrictions

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we become aware that data has been collected from someone under 18, we will promptly delete it in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

13. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Neptune does not sell or share your data. We do not currently support browser-based GPC signals. If this changes, this policy will be updated.

14. GDPR & UK GDPR Compliance

Residents of the EEA and UK have the right to:

Access, correct, delete, and restrict processing of their data
Request portability
Object to processing
Withdraw consent at any time
